Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe g\u00f6re, taraflar\u0131n farkl\u0131 birimlerde bulunmalar\u0131 halinde yap\u0131lacak m\u00fclkiyetin devrini ama\u00e7layan s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerle yetki alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kay\u0131tl\u0131 bulunan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlarla ilgili yap\u0131lacak tapu i\u015flemleri, elektronik ortamda ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n bulundu\u011fu tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden yetki al\u0131nmaks\u0131z\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilecek.<\/p>\n

Yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, 21 Kas\u0131m 2023’ten \u00f6nce d\u00fczenlenen vekaletnamelerle yetki alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u015flemler yap\u0131lamayacak.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca ba\u015fvurunun al\u0131nmas\u0131, resmi senetlerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve uygulamaya ili\u015fkin di\u011fer s\u00fcre\u00e7ler dijital ortamda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n

Yetki alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tapu i\u015flemlerinin, \u00fclke genelinde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde elektronik ortamda, vatanda\u015f odakl\u0131, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
