G\u00fcney Koreli\u00a0ETNews\u2019in haberine g\u00f6re \u015firket, yaln\u0131zca g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimini azaltmakla kalmay\u0131p ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fcretim maliyetlerini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecek <\/strong>yeni bir panel t\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.\u00a0 <\/figure>\n

HMO teknolojisi, g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131p maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecek<\/b><\/p>\n

TFT<\/strong>\u2019ler (ince film transist\u00f6r), kendilerinden ge\u00e7en elektrik ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kontrol ederek birer anahtar gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yar\u0131 iletken bile\u015fenlerdir; b\u00f6ylece piksellerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarlar. TFT teknolojileri genel olarak \u00fc\u00e7 ana kategoriye ayr\u0131l\u0131yor:\u00a0Amorf silikon (a-Si),\u00a0d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131kl\u0131 kristal silisyum (LTPS) ve oksit (oxide). \u015eu anda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve orta boy OLED panellerde en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan teknoloji olan LTPO<\/strong>, LTPS’nin y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck avantaj\u0131n\u0131 oksidin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimiyle birle\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n

HMO teknolojisi ise, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketiminde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan oksit TFT’lerin bir zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan elektron hareketlili\u011fini art\u0131rmaya odaklan\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/strong>Elektron hareketlili\u011fi artt\u0131k\u00e7a, elektrik sinyallerinin i\u015flenme h\u0131z\u0131 da y\u00fckseliyor ve bu da y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc ekranlar\u0131n<\/strong> elde edilmesini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

HMO ayr\u0131ca LTPO’ya k\u0131yasla daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fcretim maliyetlerine sahip. Bunun nedeni, oksit TFT’lerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6zelliklerini korurken LTPO’dan daha az ekipman ve i\u015flem gerektirmesi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Apple, LTPO patentleri i\u00e7in ilk ba\u015fvuruyu 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapm\u0131\u015f, bunu \u00f6nce 2018’de Apple Watch 4’e, ard\u0131ndan 2022’de iPhone 14 Pro Max ile ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefonlara uygulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
