Samsung bu hatay\u0131 tekrarlamamak i\u00e7in HBM performans\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla art\u0131rmaya odakland\u0131. \u015eirketin \u00f6ncelikli hedefi, <strong>HBM4 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin hem performans\u0131n\u0131 hem de \u00fcretim verimini y\u00fckseltmek.<\/strong> <\/figure>\n<p><b>Samsung, HBM4 \u00fcretiminde daha geli\u015fmi\u015f bir teknoloji kullan\u0131yor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Samsung\u2019un <strong>HBM3E \u00e7ipleri a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nma sorunlar\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131 <\/strong>ve Nvidia\u2019n\u0131n kalite testlerinden ge\u00e7emedi. Samsung bu sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zene kadar SK Hynix pazar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funu ele ge\u00e7irdi, Micron da ikinci s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. Yenilenen HBM3E \u00e7ipleri Nvidia\u2019dan onay alsa da Samsung rakiplerine g\u00f6re fiyat\u0131 %30 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekmek zorunda kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun ard\u0131ndan Samsung, <strong>HBM4 geli\u015ftirmesine ciddi yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131. <\/strong>SK Hynix ve Micron, HBM4 i\u00e7in 1b DRAM kullan\u0131rken Samsung daha ileri seviye olan <strong>1c DRAM <\/strong>teknolojisini tercih etti. 10nm s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 6. nesil \u00fcretim s\u00fcreciyle haz\u0131rlanan bu DRAM&#8217;ler \u00fcst \u00fcste dizilerek HBM4 paketini olu\u015fturuyor. 1c teknolojisinin daha ince devre yap\u0131s\u0131, 1b\u2019ye g\u00f6re hem h\u0131z hem enerji verimlili\u011finde avantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu nedenle Samsung&#8217;un HBM4 \u00e7iplerinin rakiplerinden daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>SK Hynix\u2019in 12 katmanl\u0131 HBM3E&#8217;si yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 dolarken, ayn\u0131 katman say\u0131s\u0131na sahip HBM4 \u00e7ipleri <strong>500 dolar<\/strong> seviyesinde. Yani HBM4\u2019e ge\u00e7i\u015f yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>%50 fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 <\/strong>anlam\u0131na geliyor. Samsung&#8217;un, HBM4 yongalar\u0131 i\u00e7in SK Hynix&#8217;in fiyatland\u0131rma politikas\u0131na uymay\u0131\u00a0hedefledi\u011fi bildiriliyor.\u00a0Nvidia\u2019n\u0131n ise artan ihtiya\u00e7 nedeniyle Samsung\u2019dan bu \u00e7ipleri y\u00fcksek fiyata da olsa almak zorunda kalaca\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130ki \u015firket aras\u0131ndaki pazarl\u0131klar\u0131n son a\u015famada oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00dcretim kapasitesini artt\u0131r\u0131yor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Samsung, 1c DRAM \u00fcretim kapasitesini ayda 20.000 plaka (wafer) seviyesinden 2026\u2019ya do\u011fru<strong> 150.000 plakaya \u00e7<\/strong>\u0131karmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor. Bunu ba\u015farmak i\u00e7in baz\u0131 eski DRAM hatlar\u0131n\u0131 1c DRAM \u00fcretimine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi hedefliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu an Samsung\u2019un <strong>HBM4 verim oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k %50<\/strong>. Ancak HBM pazar\u0131nda verimlilik, performanstan bile \u00f6nemli. Bu nedenle Samsung\u2019un seri \u00fcretime ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce verimi ciddi \u015fekilde art\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Nvidia\u2019n\u0131n Samsung&#8217;un HBM4 yongalar\u0131 i\u00e7in kalite de\u011ferlendirme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Ard\u0131ndan Samsung, Nvidia\u2019ya seri \u00fcretim \u00f6ncesi numuneleri g\u00f6nderecek ve onay s\u00fcreci 2026\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda tamamlanacak. Her \u015fey yolunda giderse Samsung, <strong>2026\u2019n\u0131n ikinci veya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finde HBM4 sevkiyat\u0131na ba\u015flayabilir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Samsung\u2019un daha geli\u015fmi\u015f teknoloji kullanmas\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fc sayesinde SK Hynix\u2019e yak\u0131n bir pazar pay\u0131 elde etmesi bekleniyor.
