Michigan \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden David Blaauw liderli\u011findeki ekip, her biri yaln\u0131zca 75 nanovat g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretebilen minyat\u00fcr g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00f6zel devreler geli\u015ftirdi. Bu devreler, i\u015flemci, bellek, sens\u00f6r ve hareket kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc tek bir yap\u0131 i\u00e7inde birle\u015ftiriyor.
