Yeni seride <strong>geli\u015fmi\u015f 2nm<\/strong> \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci ve <strong>CDNA 6<\/strong> mimarisi ile <strong>HBM4E<\/strong> bellek teknolojisi bir araya gelecek. <\/figure>\n<p>AMD\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na g\u00f6re Instinct MI500 serisi, TSMC taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen geli\u015fmi\u015f bir 2nm \u00fcretim teknolojisine dayanacak. \u015eirketin mevcut alan MI400 serisi de 2nm s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 kullan\u0131yor ancak MI500 i\u00e7in tercih edilen teknolojinin daha ileri optimizasyonlar sundu\u011fu belirtiliyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla TSMC N2 yerine N2P tercih edilebilir. Mevcut MI400 serisinde kullan\u0131lan CDNA 5 mimarisinin yerini alacak bu yeni yap\u0131, \u00f6zellikle yapay zeka ve y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 hesaplama i\u015f y\u00fckleri i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f durumda. AMD ayr\u0131ca, \u00f6nceki iddialar\u0131n aksine Instinct h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131nda mimari <strong>isimlendirmede UDNA\u2019ya ge\u00e7i\u015f yapmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong>, CDNA markas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam edece\u011fini de netle\u015ftirdi. <\/figure>\n<p>Bellek taraf\u0131nda ise MI500, HBM4E teknolojisini kullanacak. Bu bellekler, HBM4 tabanl\u0131 MI400 h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131nda sunulan 19,6 TB\/s bellek bant geni\u015fli\u011finin de \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kacak \u015fekilde konumland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.
