Son yay\u0131mlanan kapsaml\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma, bu radyasyonun genetik izlerinin yaln\u0131zca do\u011frudan maruz kalan ki\u015filerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131nda da saptanabildi\u011fini ortaya koydu. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, insan genomunda iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyona ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131tsal etkinin <strong>a\u00e7\u0131k bi\u00e7imde g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi ilk ara\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong> olarak kayda ge\u00e7ti. <\/figure>\n<p><b>Farkl\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimsendi<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, Almanya\u2019daki Bonn \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. \u00d6nceki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, radyasyona ba\u011fl\u0131 yeni DNA mutasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frudan ebeveynden \u00e7ocu\u011fa ge\u00e7ip ge\u00e7medi\u011fine odaklanm\u0131\u015f ancak net bir sonuca ula\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. En az iki mutasyonun k\u0131sa bir DNA segmenti i\u00e7inde birlikte g\u00f6r\u00fclmesiyle tan\u0131mlanan bu k\u00fcmelerin, radyasyonun yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 DNA k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fabilece\u011fi de\u011ferlendiriliyor. DNA onar\u0131m\u0131 kusurlu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde bu k\u0131r\u0131klar\u0131n geride mutasyon k\u00fcmeleri b\u0131rakabilece\u011fi belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, radyasyona maruz kalan ebeveynlerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131nda cDNM say\u0131s\u0131nda <strong>anlaml\u0131 bir art\u0131\u015f tespit<\/strong> <strong>etti<\/strong>. Ayr\u0131ca, ebeveynin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmini radyasyon dozu ile \u00e7ocukta g\u00f6r\u00fclen mutasyon k\u00fcmelerinin say\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131nda olas\u0131 bir ili\u015fki saptand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>1.500\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n genom incelendi<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/cernobil-calisanlarinin-cocuklarinda-dna-mutasyonlari-kesfedildi-1-lwycidnf.jpg\"\/> <\/span> \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 grup kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7ernobil temizlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alan ki\u015filerin 130 \u00e7ocu\u011fu analiz edildi. Buna ek olarak, muhtemel sa\u00e7\u0131lma radyasyonuna maruz kalm\u0131\u015f Alman askeri radar operat\u00f6rlerinin 110 \u00e7ocu\u011fu da incelendi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, veri g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcs\u00fc nedeniyle bu say\u0131lar\u0131n bir miktar y\u00fcksek tahmin edilmi\u015f olabilece\u011fini ifade etse de istatistiksel d\u00fczeltmeler sonras\u0131 fark\u0131n anlaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korudu\u011fu bildirildi. Ayr\u0131ca ebeveynin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 radyasyon dozu artt\u0131k\u00e7a \u00e7ocukta g\u00f6r\u00fclen mutasyon k\u00fcmesi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da artma e\u011filiminde oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sa\u011fl\u0131k riski beklenenden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Elde edilen bulgular genetik aktar\u0131m\u0131 ortaya koysa da ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 <strong>sa\u011fl\u0131k<\/strong> <strong>a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi bir alarm durumuna i\u015faret etmiyor<\/strong>. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, radyasyona maruz kalan ebeveynlerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131nda hastal\u0131k riskinin belirgin bi\u00e7imde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bir kan\u0131t bulunmad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun temel nedenlerinden biri, tespit edilen mutasyon k\u00fcmelerinin \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn protein kodlamayan DNA b\u00f6lgelerinde yer almas\u0131. \u0130nsan genomunun yaln\u0131zca k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 do\u011frudan protein \u00fcretiminden sorumlu genleri i\u00e7eriyor.
