Bilim insanlar\u0131, D\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki en belirgin yer\u00e7ekimi zay\u0131fl\u0131klar\u0131ndan biri olarak tan\u0131mlanan bu anomalinin <strong>milyonlarca y\u0131l i\u00e7inde daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendi\u011fini <\/strong>ortaya koydu. Ancak bu geli\u015fmenin k\u0131tan\u0131n gelece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ne anlama geldi\u011fi hen\u00fcz net de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>Scientific Reports dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Antarktika\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki yer\u00e7ekimi alan\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7ekli zay\u0131flaman\u0131n tarihsel geli\u015fimini mercek alt\u0131na al\u0131yor. Bulgular, s\u00f6z konusu \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta daha zay\u0131f oldu\u011funu ancak <strong>50 ila 30 milyon y\u0131l \u00f6nce<\/strong>, Antarktika\u2019da yayg\u0131n buzulla\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde <strong>belirgin \u015fekilde g\u00fc\u00e7 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 <\/strong>g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Yer\u00e7ekimi her yerde ayn\u0131 de\u011fil<\/b><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n yer\u00e7ekimi alan\u0131 homojen de\u011fil. Gezegenin k\u00fctle da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar, yer\u00e7ekiminde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ama \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir de\u011fi\u015fimlere yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar insanlar i\u00e7in hissedilebilir d\u00fczeyde olmasa da \u00f6zellikle okyanus sular\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli etkiler yaratabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n geoit olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131, D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n yer\u00e7ekimi etkisi alt\u0131nda \u015fekillenen d\u00fczensiz okyanus y\u00fczeyini ifade ediyor. Su k\u00fctleleri, daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yer\u00e7ekimine sahip b\u00f6lgelere do\u011fru akma e\u011filiminde oldu\u011fundan yer\u00e7ekiminin nispeten zay\u0131f oldu\u011fu Antarktika \u00e7evresinde deniz seviyesi beklenenden daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, buradaki \u201cd\u00fc\u015f\u00fck\u201d ifadesinin y\u00fczeysel bir \u00e7ukurdan ziyade derinlerdeki k\u00fctle eksikli\u011finin neden oldu\u011fu geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 bir yer\u00e7ekimi alan\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyor. Deprem dalgalar\u0131, t\u0131pk\u0131 t\u0131bbi bir CT taramas\u0131 gibi gezegenin i\u00e7ini ayd\u0131nlatan \u201c\u0131\u015f\u0131k\u201d g\u00f6revi g\u00f6rd\u00fc. <\/figure>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131, benzer bir teknikle kaya ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 geriye do\u011fru izleyerek 70 milyon y\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar uzanan bir sim\u00fclasyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar, yer\u00e7ekimi \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u00f6kenine dair \u00f6nemli ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 sundu.<\/p>\n<p>Sim\u00fclasyonlara g\u00f6re ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta Antarktika yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda derin mantoya do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6ken so\u011fuk ve yo\u011fun malzeme, yer\u00e7ekimi alan\u0131ndaki zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturdu. Ancak s\u00fcre\u00e7 bununla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmad\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 ila 30 milyon y\u0131l \u00f6nce, gezegenin derinliklerinden <strong>daha s\u0131cak ve daha hafif manto malzemesi<\/strong> y\u00fckselmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.
