<\/span> Viyana Teknik \u00dcniversitesi (TU Wien) ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131 ile veri depolama giri\u015fimi Cerabyte, veri saklama teknolojisinde \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7an bir ba\u015far\u0131ya imza att\u0131. Ekip, \u00e7o\u011fu bakteriden bile k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan yaln\u0131zca 1,98 mikrometre kare<\/strong> b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir QR kod<\/strong> \u00fcretmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131.\u00a0 <\/figure>\n

Yeni mikro QR kod o kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ki yaln\u0131zca elektron mikroskobu<\/strong> ile g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenebiliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, k\u0131sa s\u00fcre \u00f6nce Guinness D\u00fcnya Rekorlar\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan da resmi olarak tescillendi. Geli\u015ftirilen yap\u0131, \u00f6nceki rekordan yakla\u015f\u0131k %37 daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Seramik film ile y\u00fczy\u0131llarca dayanabiliyor<\/b><\/p>\n

G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sabit diskler ve SSD\u2019ler birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ar\u0131zalanabiliyor. Ancak TU Wien ve Cerabyte\u2019\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi y\u00f6ntem, veriyi ince seramik filmler<\/strong> \u00fczerine i\u015fliyor. Normalde y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 kesici tak\u0131mlarda kaplama olarak kullan\u0131lan bu malzeme, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 ve bas\u0131nca kar\u015f\u0131 son derece dayan\u0131kl\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibi, QR kodu bu seramik y\u00fczeye i\u015flemek i\u00e7in odaklanm\u0131\u015f iyon demeti<\/strong> teknolojisinden yararland\u0131. Seramik tabanl\u0131 bu depolama teknolojisinin potansiyeli olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibine g\u00f6re yaln\u0131zca bir A4 ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki alan<\/strong>, 2 terabayttan fazla veri<\/strong> saklayabilir. \u00dcstelik bu sistem elektrik gerektirmiyor, so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131 duymuyor <\/strong>ve veri merkezlerine k\u0131yasla \u00e7ok daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbon ayak izine sahip.<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcn veri merkezleri k\u00fcresel enerji t\u00fcketiminde \u00f6nemli paya sahip ve s\u00fcrekli so\u011futma ile bak\u0131m gerektiriyor. Seramik tabanl\u0131 bu y\u00f6ntem ise \u201cpasif depolama\u201d <\/strong>sunarak enerji t\u00fcketimini neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131ra indirebilir.<\/p>\n

Ekip \u015fu anda s\u00fcreci daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli hale getirmeye odaklanm\u0131\u015f durumda. Basit QR kodlardan daha karma\u015f\u0131k veri yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flenmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
