O binada anne- baba ve bir\u00e7ok yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden S\u00fcheyl S\u00fcmb\u00fcltepe, deprem y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken 3 y\u0131ll\u0131k binan\u0131n neden ve nas\u0131l y\u0131k\u0131labildi\u011fi sorusunun pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.
