Fen Bilimleri belirleyici olacak\u201d \u015feklinde.<\/p>\n<p>Bu da demektir ki, belli puan dilimlerinde y\u0131\u011f\u0131lmalar olacak ve kay\u0131t s\u00fcreci her zamankinden \u00e7ok daha zor ge\u00e7ecek.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u0131navda 1 milyon \u00f6\u011frenci yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131, kontenjan 200 bin civar\u0131nda ve mutlaka art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Yoksa moral bozman\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ilmez! S\u0131navla alan okullar\u0131n toplam kontenjan\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 206 bin 414\u2019t\u00fc. Anadolu liselerinin 71 bin 22, fen liselerinin 40 bin 470, sosyal bilimler liselerinin 10 bin 740, Anadolu imam hatip liselerinin 42 bin 356, mesleki ve teknik Anadolu liselerinin ise 41 bin 826 kontenjan\u0131 vard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u0131l ne kadar olacak hen\u00fcz belli de\u011fil ama bu civarda olursa \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 olmaz.<\/p>\n<p>Kontenjanlar\u0131n hepsi dolsa ve kazananlar\u0131n hepsi istedi\u011fi liseye girse bile g\u00f6r\u00fcnen o ki s\u0131nava giren her 5 \u00f6\u011frenciden 4\u2019\u00fc \u00fcz\u00fclecek. Bu y\u00fczden kontenjanlar\u0131n olabildi\u011fince art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Yoksa \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler bile s\u0131navla \u00f6\u011frenci alan okullardan birine giremedi\u011fi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcler ya\u015fayabilir\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ortaokullar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ls\u0131n!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anadolu liseleri, yabanc\u0131 kolejlerin alternatifi olarak kurulmu\u015f ve \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmu\u015f bir sistemdi. Zamanla s\u0131radanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve adeta tabela okul haline getirildi. Fabrika ayarlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fcp, ortaokul k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde ailelerin ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6nceliklerinden biri de yabanc\u0131 dil \u00f6\u011frenmek. S\u0131nav sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn bu kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ve onca \u00e7ilenin \u00e7ekilmesi bu y\u00fczden.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131nav yar\u0131\u015f\u0131 artan bir h\u0131zla devam ediyor ama maalesef bu okullar\u0131m\u0131z art\u0131k eski okullar\u0131m\u0131z de\u011fil! Tabelalar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, neredeyse t\u00fcm liselere Anadolu lisesi tabelas\u0131 as\u0131ld\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Anadolu liselerine eskiden ilkokul 5. s\u0131n\u0131ftan sonra \u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131n\u0131r, bir ya da iki y\u0131l haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 olur ve liseyi bitirinceye kadar baz\u0131 dersler ger\u00e7ek anlamda yabanc\u0131 dille yap\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyetimizin birinci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131na lokomotif olan kurumlar\u0131m\u0131zdan biriydi.<\/p>\n<p>8 y\u0131ll\u0131k kesintisiz e\u011fitime ge\u00e7ilirken ortaokullar\u0131 kapand\u0131, daha do\u011frusu ortaokul ve liseler birbirinden ayr\u0131ld\u0131 ve Anadolu liselerine, ortaokuldan sonra \u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131nmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Hem akademik a\u00e7\u0131dan hem de dil \u00f6\u011frenme konusunda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olunamad\u0131, o yetmedi her yere tabela as\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frenci se\u00e7iminde, m\u00fcfredatta ve en \u00f6nemlisi de fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratma konusundaki \u00e7abalar\u0131 yok say\u0131ld\u0131\u2026<\/p>\n<p>4+4+4\u2019e ge\u00e7ildi\u011finde ise adeta hepten yok olup gittiler. Sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde baz\u0131 okullar\u0131n ortaokul b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri yeniden a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rken, onlar\u0131nki a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131. Neden a\u00e7\u0131lmad\u0131, niye a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131yor?..<\/p>\n<p>Bu yanl\u0131\u015ftan bir an \u00f6nce vazge\u00e7ip hem Anadolu liselerinin hem de yabanc\u0131 kolejlerin ortaokul b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131 ve sistem eski haline d\u00f6nmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunu sadece \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in de\u011fil \u00fclkemizin gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in yapmal\u0131y\u0131z\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zor s\u00fcre\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130yi bir lise, iyi bir \u00fcniversite ve iyi bir gelecek demek. Genel kan\u0131 bu y\u00f6nde.<\/p>\n<p>Evet lise \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ama her \u015fey de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6\u011frencinin moral ve motivasyonu \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemli. 75, 80 dakikal\u0131k iki oturumlu bir s\u0131navla \u00f6\u011frencilerin gelecek vadedip etmediklerini \u00f6l\u00e7mek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p>Kald\u0131 ki s\u0131navla \u00f6\u011frenci alan okullara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda say\u0131lar\u0131 ve kontenjanlar\u0131 \u00f6ylesine s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 ki, ne kadar ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olursa olsunlar, y\u00fczde 80\u2019i s\u0131navla \u00f6\u011frenci alan okullara giremeyecek ya da girmeyecek!..<\/p>\n<p>Bu sistem getirilirken, s\u0131navlara 100, 150 bin \u00f6\u011frenci girece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve kontenjanlar da ona g\u00f6re belirlenmi\u015fti ama 1 milyon \u00f6\u011frenci girmeye devam ediyor. Ancak kontenjanlar y\u00fckselmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Dahas\u0131 en iyi liselerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 bile s\u0131navla \u00f6\u011frenci alan okullar listesinden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Yani s\u0131navla \u00f6\u011frenci alan okullardan birine girmemeniz ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k anlam\u0131na gelmemeli!..<\/p>\n<p>Ne olur art\u0131k o y\u0131llarca \u00f6teledi\u011finiz tatilin keyfini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n.\u00a0Neden mi?
