{"id":57517,"date":"2024-07-08T06:00:07","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T06:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/?p=57517"},"modified":"2024-07-08T06:00:07","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T06:00:07","slug":"kagit-ithalatinda-korunma-onlemi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/index.php\/2024\/07\/08\/kagit-ithalatinda-korunma-onlemi\/","title":{"rendered":"Ka\u011f\u0131t ithalat\u0131nda korunma \u00f6nlemi"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Baz\u0131 ka\u011f\u0131t \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin ithalat\u0131na 28 Temmuz&#8217;dan ba\u015flamak \u00fczere 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcreli, ton ba\u015f\u0131na \u00f6nlem s\u00fcrecine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen 85-87 dolar korunma \u00f6nlemi uygulanacak.<\/p>\n<p>Resmi Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan ka\u011f\u0131t ithalat\u0131na korunma \u00f6nlemi uygulanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 karar\u0131na g\u00f6re, ek mali y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck \u015feklinde uygulanacak korunma \u00f6nlemi; ond\u00fcle (fluting), ikinci elyaf (Wellenstoff) ile m2 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 150 gr ve \u00fczerinde olan ka\u011f\u0131t \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin ithalat\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda s\u00f6z konusu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ithalat\u0131na 28 Temmuz&#8217;dan ba\u015flamak \u00fczere ton ba\u015f\u0131na; birinci d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in 87 dolar, ikinci d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in 86 dolar ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in 85 dolar ek mali y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck \u015feklinde korunma \u00f6nlemi uygulanacak.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Karar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, karar ekinde yer alan baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin korunma \u00f6nleminden muaf tutulabilmesi amac\u0131yla tarife kontenjan\u0131 tan\u0131mland\u0131. Tarife kontenjan\u0131 belirlenen \u00fclkeler ve g\u00fcmr\u00fck b\u00f6lgeleri men\u015feli s\u00f6z konusu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin tamam\u0131 i\u00e7in 30 bin 624 ton olarak belirlendi.
