{"id":68119,"date":"2024-08-06T11:24:05","date_gmt":"2024-08-06T11:24:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/?p=68119"},"modified":"2024-08-06T11:24:05","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T11:24:05","slug":"turk-bilim-insanlari-deney-hayvanlarinin-yerini-alacak-cip-gelistirilecek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/index.php\/2024\/08\/06\/turk-bilim-insanlari-deney-hayvanlarinin-yerini-alacak-cip-gelistirilecek\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrk bilim insanlar\u0131 deney hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131n yerini alacak \u00e7ip geli\u015ftirilecek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/turk-bilim-insanlari-deney-hayvanlarinin-yerini-alacak-cip-gelistirilecek-0-z1LIqDcW.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Avrupa Birli\u011finin &#8220;Ufuk Avrupa&#8221; program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenen &#8220;<strong>\u00c7ip \u00fcst\u00fc organ Sistemleri Odakl\u0131 Stratejik Ortakl\u0131k (OrChESTRA)&#8221;<\/strong> projesinde, ODT\u00dc Mikro Elektromekanik Sistemler (MEMS) Merkezi liderli\u011finde 3 \u00fclkeden ortak kurulu\u015flarla birlikte ila\u00e7 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak ve deney hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131n yerini alacak \u00e7ipler geli\u015ftirilmek \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015fland\u0131. <\/figure>\n<p>ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyesi ve ODT\u00dc Elektrik ve Elektronik M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Haluk K\u00fclah, <strong>OrChESTRA Projesi<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclah, projeyle \u00e7ip-\u00fcst\u00fc-organ sistemleri alan\u0131nda b\u00f6lgesel m\u00fckemmeliyet merkezi olmay\u0131 hedeflediklerini belirterek, bu alanda Bel\u00e7ika&#8217;dan IMEC, Almanya&#8217;dan Freiburg \u00dcniversitesi ve Hollanda&#8217;dan Eindhoven Teknoloji \u00dcniversitesi ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece 4 kurum birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak, \u00e7ip \u00fcst\u00fc organ sistemleri konusunda ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar yeti\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezi Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Haluk K\u00fclah, &#8220;Proje kapsam\u0131nda ikili i\u015fbirlikleri var, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 seyahatler, buradaki ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n gidip oradaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda yer almas\u0131 ya da oradaki deneyimli uzmanlar\u0131n gelip ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezinde k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gibi. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 1,5 senedir s\u00fcren projeden bir\u00e7ok kazan\u0131m elde ettik ve projenin alanda \u00f6nemli etkileri oldu.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7ip \u00fcst\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131rsak platformu ilk hedef<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00fclah, bunun yan\u0131nda 4 kurumun bir arada \u00e7ip \u00fcst\u00fc ba\u011f\u0131rsak platformu geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktararak, \u015fu bilgileri verdi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, bir ba\u011f\u0131rsak modelinin \u00e7ip \u00fczerinde olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. Bu modeli \u00e7ip \u00fczerinde olu\u015fturup, baz\u0131 ila\u00e7lar\u0131n v\u00fccut d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir ortamda, etkin bir \u015fekilde test edilmesini hedefliyoruz. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde farkl\u0131 organlar\u0131n fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ip \u00fczerinde modellenmesi de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu sayede ila\u00e7 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n baz\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 hem h\u0131zland\u0131rmak hem de deney hayvanlar\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecek.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8220;Ama\u00e7, hayvan deneylerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>ODT\u00dc MEMS Merkezinin altyap\u0131s\u0131 ve biyomedikal teknolojiler alan\u0131nda belli bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yetkinli\u011fine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden K\u00fclah, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Asl\u0131nda \u00e7ip \u00fcst\u00fc organ sistemlerinin bir anlamda yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 hayvanlar \u00fczerindeki deneylerinin azalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak. Belki g\u00f6rece yolun ba\u015f\u0131nda say\u0131labiliriz, ama sonunda uygulaman\u0131n gelece\u011fi noktada, pek \u00e7ok deney hayvan\u0131 kullanmaya gerek olmadan birtak\u0131m testleri sadece bir \u00e7ip \u00fczerinde yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecek. Avrupa&#8217;da i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 3 kurum, bu alanda \u00f6nemli yol kat etmi\u015f durumda. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapan kurumlar\u0131m\u0131z, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z var.
