Kuruldu\u011fu g\u00fcnden bu yana 1,5 milyon metrekarenin \u00fczerinde in\u015faat alan\u0131nda 5 bine yak\u0131n konut teslim eden \u0130\u015f GYO, 25 y\u0131lda portf\u00f6y de\u011ferini 32,5 milyar TL&#8217;ye, aktif b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ise 33,2 milyar TL&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketin 25&#8217;inci y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan \u0130\u015f GYO Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Barlas \u00dclk\u00fc &#8220;G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve deneyimli ekibimizle, i\u015fimizi ilk g\u00fcnk\u00fc heyecan ve tutkuyla yap\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00f6nde gelen gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m ortakl\u0131klar\u0131ndan biri olarak, 25&#8217;inci y\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek in\u015fa etme vizyonumuzla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan yolculu\u011fumuzda, sa\u011flam ad\u0131mlarla ilerleyerek bug\u00fcnlere ula\u015ft\u0131k. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, \u0130\u015f Bankas\u0131 Grubu&#8217;nun k\u00f6kl\u00fc kurumsal ilkeleri ve mali g\u00fcc\u00fcyle desteklenen piyasa itibar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, sekt\u00f6rel vizyonumuzla ve geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz se\u00e7kin projelerimizle daha da ileriye ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131k&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>&#8220;2024-2026 \u00fcretim d\u00f6nemi olacak&#8221;<\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>\u00dclk\u00fc, 2024-2026 d\u00f6neminde hayata ge\u00e7irilecek projelerle hem gelir hem de k\u00e2rlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>2024&#8217;\u00fc &#8216;\u00fcretim y\u0131l\u0131&#8217; olarak ilan ettiklerini s\u00f6yleyen \u00dclk\u00fc, \u015firketin yeni d\u00f6nem projeleriyle ilgili \u015fu bilgileri verdi: &#8220;D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faiz ortam\u0131nda banka kredileriyle arsa stokumuzu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015ftik. 2024-2026 d\u00f6neminde 103 milyon dolar kira geliri, 254 milyon dolar sat\u0131\u015f geliri hedefliyoruz. \u00d6merli, Balmumcu ve Tuzla&#8217;da da yeni konut projelerine start verece\u011fiz. \u00d6merli&#8217;de tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Kasaba Evleri Projesi&#8217;nin devam\u0131 niteli\u011finde toplam 138 bin d\u00f6n\u00fcm arsa \u00fczerinde proje orta\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Tecim ile geli\u015ftirilecek proje 165 villadan olu\u015fuyor. Arsa dahil tahmini toplam geli\u015ftirme maliyetinin 200 milyon dolar olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Butik olarak nitelendirilen Balmumcu Rezidans projemiz de bu y\u0131l ba\u015flayacak. Bu projenin toplam maliyeti ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 26.5 milyon dolar olacak.
