Toplant\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131ndaki g\u00fcncel sorunlar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc. Toplant\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan bildiride ise kurul taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nan kararlara yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde 2023 Y\u0131l\u0131 Kamu Toplu \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri \u00c7er\u00e7eve Anla\u015fma Protokol\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda imzalanan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinde; y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fck s\u00fcrelerinin farkl\u0131 aylarda ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan ve enflasyondan kaynakl\u0131 6 ayl\u0131k \u00fccret zamlar\u0131nda farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek, i\u015f bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve \u00fccretlerdeki dengenin bozulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in Ocak ay\u0131 ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7l\u0131 toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerine uygulanan y\u00fczde 24,73 oran\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer aylarda ba\u015flayan s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere de uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ek \u00e7er\u00e7eve anla\u015fma protokol\u00fc imzalanmas\u0131 talep edildi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>\u201cEnflasyon ile halk\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki bu u\u00e7urumun giderilmesi talebimizdir\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00dccretlerin vergilendirilmesinde mevcut tarife ve artan oranlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ma\u011fdur etti\u011fi vurgulanan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVergi dilimleri ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve sonras\u0131nda tarife aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n dar olmas\u0131 nedeniyle bu durum i\u015f\u00e7inin eline ge\u00e7en net tutar\u0131n ve sat\u0131n alma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn azalmas\u0131na refah\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesine neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bu sistem adil de\u011fildir. Az kazanandan az, \u00e7ok kazanandan \u00e7ok vergi al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Vergi sisteminin 2025 Merkezi Y\u00f6netim B\u00fct\u00e7e Kanunu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde gelir adaleti dikkate al\u0131narak yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesi talebimizdir. Bu talep meclisin \u00f6ncelikli g\u00fcndemi olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klanan enflasyon rakamlar\u0131na g\u00f6re s\u00f6z konusu zam oranlar\u0131 hen\u00fcz \u00fccretlere ve maa\u015flara yans\u0131mam\u0131\u015fken elektrik ve do\u011falgaz fiyat\u0131na y\u00fczde otuz sekiz oran\u0131nda bir zam yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
