Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesinin \u015firket hakk\u0131ndaki konkordato karar\u0131na ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131ld\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu bilgiler payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u015eirketimiz ve \u015firketimiz y\u00f6netim kurulu ba\u015fkan\u0131 Eda \u00d6zhan taraf\u0131ndan, Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y 1. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi nezdinde 16.08.2024 tarihinde 2024\/757 Esas numaras\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131lan dava sonucunda, ilgili Mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan 19.08.2024 tarihinde 3 ay s\u00fcreyle ge\u00e7ici m\u00fchlet ile ihtiyati tedbirlere ili\u015fkin karar verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketimiz hakk\u0131nda verilen konkordato ba\u015fvurusu, \u015eirketimizin mal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve alacakl\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015flat\u0131lacak haciz i\u015flemleri sebebiyle, \u00fcretim faaliyetlerimizin aksamamas\u0131 amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu karar sonras\u0131nda, bir taraftan karar\u0131n gerekleri yerine getirilip, \u015eirketimiz ola\u011fan faaliyetlerine devam ederken, ba\u015fta bankalar ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm alacakl\u0131lar ile \u015eirketimizin mevcut bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecektir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u015eirketimizin finansal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi amac\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m s\u00fcreci halen devam etmekte olup, ba\u015fvuru i\u00e7in gerekli olan evrak\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131ndan sonra SPK&#8217;ya gerekli ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketimiz sermayesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, nakit ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenli hale gelmesi, finansman giderlerinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, geli\u015fen \u00fclke ekonomisine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ad\u0131na ve yine Say\u0131n Mahkemenin ve komiserlerin verece\u011fi kararlar \/ y\u00f6nlendirmeler do\u011frultusunda konkordato s\u00fcrecinin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Konkordato s\u00fcrecinde ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda kamuya a\u00e7\u0131klanmaya devam edecektir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirkettin bug\u00fcn KAP&#8217;a yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir di\u011fer bildirimde ise, \u015firketin hakim orta\u011f\u0131 Eda \u00d6zhan&#8217;\u0131n 16.05.2024 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu&#8217;na yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu pay sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na ili\u015fkin ba\u015fvurunun Kurul taraf\u0131ndan olumsuz kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Eda \u00d6zhan taraf\u0131ndan \u015firkete bildirildi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kaynak :\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 249, 236); color: rgb(55, 58, 60); font-size: 14px;\">Bloomberg HT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: block; width: 343.125px; color: rgb(55, 58, 60); font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 249, 236);\"><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mega Polietilen K\u00f6p\u00fck Sanayi A.\u015e.
