Reel fiyatlardaki y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f oran\u0131 \u00fclke genelinde y\u00fczde 21,1\u2019e, \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u00fczde 22,7\u2019ye, \u0130zmir\u2019de y\u00fczde 18,4\u2019e, Ankara\u2019da ise y\u00fczde 19,1\u2019i buldu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Benzer \u015fekilde konut cari fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 da azald\u0131. Cari fiyatlarda y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 Hazirana k\u0131yasla \u00fclke genelinde 5,6 puan azalarak y\u00fczde 27,6\u2019ya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Buna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ortalama sat\u0131l\u0131k konut ilan metrekare cari fiyat\u0131 29 bin 178 TL oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Sat\u0131l\u0131k konut ilan metrekare cari fiyatlar\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirde de azalarak \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u00fczde 25, Ankara\u2019da y\u00fczde 31 ve \u0130zmir\u2019de y\u00fczde 31,9 oldu. Ortalama sat\u0131l\u0131k konut metrekare fiyatlar\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da 40 bin, Ankara\u2019da 22 bin 69 ve \u0130zmir\u2019de 34 bin 400 TL oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Konut talebi endeksi Haziran 2024\u2019e k\u0131yasla y\u00fczde 37,8 artt\u0131. Konut piyasas\u0131ndaki canl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stergesi olarak izlenen sat\u0131lan konutlar\u0131n sat\u0131l\u0131k ilan say\u0131s\u0131na oran\u0131 hem \u00fclke genelinde hem de \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck ilde artt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Hem sat\u0131l\u0131k ilan say\u0131s\u0131 hem de sat\u0131lan konut say\u0131s\u0131 hem \u00fclke genelinde hem de \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirde belirgin bir oranda y\u00fckseldi. Konut piyasas\u0131nda bir di\u011fer canl\u0131l\u0131k \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc olarak kullan\u0131lan sat\u0131l\u0131k konut ilanlar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar s\u00fcre yay\u0131nda kald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren kapat\u0131lan ilan ya\u015f\u0131 ise ge\u00e7en aya k\u0131yasla \u0130stanbul\u2019da de\u011fi\u015fmezken \u00fclke geneli, Ankara ve \u0130zmir\u2019de uzad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kiral\u0131k konukta da canl\u0131l\u0131k ayl\u0131k bazda artt\u0131, y\u0131ll\u0131kta geriledi<\/b><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ve \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirde Haziran&#8217;dan Temmuz&#8217;a cari kira fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ayl\u0131k enflasyondan daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131 sonucu enflasyondan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f (reel) kira fiyatlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bununla birlikte, \u00fclke genelinde Temmuz ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla reel fiyatlarla kira ortalamas\u0131 bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 9,8 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>Reel fiyatlarla kira ortalamas\u0131 ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 ay\u0131na g\u00f6re \u0130stanbul\u2019da y\u00fczde 10,5, Ankara\u2019da y\u00fczde 1,6, \u0130zmir\u2019de ise y\u00fczde 0,5 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fct\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Benzer \u015fekilde, cari kira fiyat y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrd\u00fc. T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ortalama kiral\u0131k konut ilan metrekare fiyat\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 Temmuz ay\u0131nda y\u00fczde 45,9\u2019a geriledi.<\/p>\n<p>Temmuz ay\u0131nda \u00fclke genelinde ortalama kiral\u0131k konut ilan metrekare fiyat\u0131 181,1 TL\u2019dir.
