Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Cevdet Y\u0131lmaz, Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u00fclliyesi’nde 2025-2027 d\u00f6nemini i\u00e7eren Orta Vadeli Program\u0131 (OVP) a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Y\u0131lmaz’\u0131n konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klar \u015f\u00f6yle;<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcn burada, T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisinin gelecek \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 \u015fekillendirecek olan Orta Vadeli Programa ili\u015fkin politika \u00e7er\u00e7evesini, hedefleri ve uygulama ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 sizlerle payla\u015fmak \u00fczere topland\u0131k. Ekonomimizin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi, istihdam g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc, finansal ve fiyat istikrar\u0131 gibi kritik alanlarda nas\u0131l bir yol haritas\u0131 izleyece\u011fimizi Program yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z ile ortaya koyaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bu Program\u0131n amac\u0131, makroekonomik politikalar\u0131 belirlemek ve temel ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckleri, gelir-gider tahminlerini, b\u00fct\u00e7e dengesini ve bor\u00e7lanma durumunu ele almakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, kamu idarelerinin \u00f6denek teklif tavanlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n

OVP, makroekonomik politika \u00e7er\u00e7evesi ve hedefleri ile \u00f6ncelikli reform alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve takvimini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda, ekonomik istikrar\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi desteklemek i\u00e7in belirlenen politikalar ve reformlar, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ekonomimizin yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7le birlikte, siyasi sahiplenmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra OVP\u2019nin t\u00fcm kesimler taraf\u0131ndan sahiplenilmesi ve uygulanabilirli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefliyoruz.
2025-2027 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan OVP haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 belirli bir takvim \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde planlanm\u0131\u015f ve ad\u0131m ad\u0131m ilerlemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u00d6ng\u00f6rd\u00fcm\u00fcz takvime uygun olarak dezenflasyon s\u00fcrecinin etkileri 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 Haziran ay\u0131ndan itibaren ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

OVP’de T\u00dcFE beklentileri y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n

2024 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 33 olan enflasyon y\u00fczde 41,5 y\u00fckselirken2025 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 15,2 olan T\u00dcFE beklentisi y\u00fczde 17,5’e \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. 2026 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 8,5 olan hedef y\u00fczde 9,7’ye y\u00fckseltilirken 2027 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in enflasyon hedef y\u00fczde 7 olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n
