Almanya Ekonomi ve \u0130klimi Koruma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan \u00fclke ekonomisine y\u00f6nelik ayl\u0131k raporunda Alman ekonomisinde bu y\u0131l\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011fi ba\u015f\u0131nda da durgunlu\u011fun s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, azalan sipari\u015f defterleri ve genel olarak zay\u0131f sipari\u015f durumunun ihracat odakl\u0131 sanayiyi zay\u0131flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

D\u00fc\u015fen enflasyona ve reel \u00fccretlerdeki art\u0131\u015fla sat\u0131n alma g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki \u00f6nemli y\u00fckseli\u015fe kar\u015f\u0131n t\u00fcketici duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fti\u011fi belirtilen raporda, “Y\u0131l sonuna kadar ekonomik toparlanman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi beklenmemektedir” denildi.<\/p>\n

Raporda, Almanya’da 14 Haziran-14 Temmuz’da d\u00fczenlenen Avrupa Futbol \u015eampiyonas\u0131’n\u0131n t\u00fcketime kayda de\u011fer bir ivme kazand\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaydedilerek, “\u015eampiyonan\u0131n t\u00fcketime kayda de\u011fer bir ivme kazand\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, reel \u00fccretlerdeki kayda de\u011fer art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n bile istihdamla ilgili artan endi\u015feler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda t\u00fcketici duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ramad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor” ifadesi kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Yeniden resesyon riski var<\/b><\/p>\n

Alman ekonomisi, artan faiz oranlar\u0131 ile konjonkt\u00fcrel r\u00fczgarlar\u0131n ve yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin ortas\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcmede zorluk ya\u015f\u0131yor. Alman ekonomisi, 3. \u00e7eyrekte k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme olmas\u0131 halinde teknik resesyona girmi\u015f olacak. Teknik resesyon, “\u00fcst \u00fcste 2 \u00e7eyrek GSYH’de k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclme ya\u015fanmas\u0131” olarak ifade ediliyor. Almanya, 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k iyi bir ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeden sonra salg\u0131n\u0131n ilk y\u0131l\u0131 olan 2020’de, 2009’dan beri ilk kez resesyon ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Alman h\u00fck\u00fcmeti, ekonomide bu y\u0131l y\u00fczde 0,3’l\u00fck b\u00fcy\u00fcme bekliyor.<\/p>\n

Ifo, 5 Eyl\u00fcl’de, \u00fclkenin 2024 ve gelecek y\u0131la ili\u015fkin b\u00fcy\u00fcme tahminini, zay\u0131f yat\u0131r\u0131m ve sipari\u015f durumu nedeniyle y\u00fczde 0,4’den s\u0131f\u0131ra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
