En b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fveren temsilcisi biziz. En \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131, bizim \u00fcye firmalar\u0131m\u0131zda bulunuyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zla \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor, s\u00fcrekli ileti\u015fim i\u00e7inde bulunuyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b><strong>&#8220;\u0130\u015f Kanunu &#8216;ekonomi dostu&#8217; olacak \u015fekilde g\u00fcncellenmeli&#8221;<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Avdagi\u00e7, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;ndan beklentilerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. \u0130TO Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015eekib Avdagi\u00e7, 12 talep ve beklentiyi \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p> 1- \u0130\u015f Kanunu&#8217;nun &#8216;ekonomi dostu&#8217; olacak \u015fekilde g\u00fcncellenmesi, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n temel \u00f6nceliklerinden biri. \u00dclkemizde k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131, i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131, i\u015fe iade tazminat\u0131, sendikal tazminat gibi i\u015f hayat\u0131na ili\u015fkin pek \u00e7ok kat\u0131 d\u00fczenleme, i\u015fverenin ilave istihdama y\u00f6nelmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fveren ve i\u015f\u00e7iyi hukuki olarak kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getiren d\u00fczenlemelerin g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi fayda getirecektir.<\/p>\n<p> 2- K\u0131sa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6dene\u011finin ekonomik \u015fartlardan dolay\u0131 istihdam\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131 gereken firmalar i\u00e7in etkin olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda daha esnek bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n beklentisi i\u00e7indeyiz.<\/p>\n<p> 3- Gelir vergisi dilimleri ve SGK \u00fcst limiti g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmeli. Gelir vergisi ve SGK priminden muaf tutulan yemek bedeli istisnas\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00fcncel ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re revize edilmesi ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck asgari \u00fccretin y\u00fczde 50&#8217;sinin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmemesi yarar getirecektir.<\/p>\n<p> 4- \u0130\u015f mahkemelerinde a\u00e7\u0131lan alacak ve tazminat davalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrelerinin 1 y\u0131l ile s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p> 5- \u0130\u015fverenden kaynaklanmayan herhangi bir sebeple sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015ften ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi istisnai hallerde, sa\u011flanan istihdam te\u015fvik ve desteklerinin geri al\u0131nmamas\u0131 i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n beklentileri aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p> 6- Ola\u011fan i\u015f ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bozulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in rutin sosyal g\u00fcvenlik denetimlerinin istisnai durumlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda randevulu yap\u0131lmas\u0131 yararl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> 7- Yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n istihdam\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve izinlerinde &#8216;bir yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7in 5 T\u00fcrk i\u015f\u00e7i istihdam\u0131&#8217; gibi kriterlerin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli beklentileri aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> 8- Kendi ad\u0131na ve hesab\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131lar\u0131n, di\u011fer sigortal\u0131lara k\u0131yasla ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k ayl\u0131\u011f\u0131na hak kazanmak i\u00e7in gereken prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n giderilmesi bir di\u011fer beklenti.<\/p>\n<p> 9- 2025 y\u0131l\u0131 ile birlikte emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 34&#8217;e varan bir kayba sebebiyet verece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen ayl\u0131k ba\u011flanma sisteminin s\u00f6z konusu ma\u011fduriyeti giderecek \u015fekilde revize edilmesi, istihdam piyasas\u0131nda olu\u015fabilecek ani dengesizliklerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecektir.<\/p>\n<p> 10- Haftada bir g\u00fcn okulda e\u011fitim, d\u00f6rt g\u00fcn i\u015f yerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya imkan veren Mesleki E\u011fitim Merkezi (MESEM) sistemine a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmeli.<\/p>\n<p> 11- \u0130\u015fba\u015f\u0131 E\u011fitim Program\u0131&#8217;nda \u00f6denen cep har\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tutar\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeylerde belirlenmesi te\u015fvik edici bir rol \u00fcstlenebilir.<\/p>\n<p> 12- Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z (freelance) yani ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kay\u0131tl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve sosyal g\u00fcvenlik haklar\u0131ndan yararlanma olanaklar\u0131n\u0131n kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kaynak :\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 249, 236);
