Di\u011fer sebep ise <strong>NAND bellek h\u00fccreleri ba\u015f\u0131na depolanan bit say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131yor olmas\u0131. <\/strong>SSD&#8217;ler ilk \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>SLC <\/strong>(tek seviyeli h\u00fccre) h\u00fccreler kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu h\u00fccrelere, h\u00fccre ba\u015f\u0131na bir bit veri kaydedilebiliyordu. Daha sonra <strong>MLC <\/strong>(h\u00fccre ba\u015f\u0131na iki bit),<strong> TLC<\/strong> (h\u00fccre ba\u015f\u0131na \u00fc\u00e7 bit) ve son olarak <strong>QLC<\/strong> ( h\u00fccre ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00f6rt bit) h\u00fccreler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu sayede veri yo\u011funluklar\u0131 artarken, fiyatlar d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. <\/figure>\n<p><b>4 TB ve 8 TB kapasiteler ana ak\u0131m olacak<\/b><\/p>\n<p>IEEE&#8217;nin yol haritas\u0131na g\u00f6re 2023&#8217;te <strong>1 Tb (terabit)<\/strong> kapasiteli TLC bellekler standart iken, 2027&#8217;de <strong>2 Tb \/ 4 Tb<\/strong> TLC+ bellekler standart hale gelecek. 2029&#8217;da ise NAND belleklerin<strong> 4 Tb \/ 8 Tb <\/strong>seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde 2 Tb yongal\u0131 SSD&#8217;lerin yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, 5 sene i\u00e7inde kapasitelerin 4 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Bu da<strong> 4 TB ve 8 TB kapasiteli SSD&#8217;lerin ana ak\u0131m haline gelece\u011fini <\/strong>g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde 3D NAND belleklerdeki katman say\u0131s\u0131 \u00fcreticiye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak<strong> 200 ile 300<\/strong> aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. IEEE, 2027&#8217;de<strong>500 \u00fcst\u00fc katman<\/strong> say\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Samsung ve SK hynix gibi NAND bellek \u00fcreticileri ise bu tarihler i\u00e7in <strong>1000 katman <\/strong>\u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc hedefliyor.
