Bu durum, yakla\u015f\u0131k yedi y\u0131ll\u0131k bir d\u00f6nemde konut piyasas\u0131nda y\u00fczde 1.158\u2019l\u0131k ciddi bir fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. Yani bu d\u00f6nemde konut fiyatlar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 12,5 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>236 bin liradan 3,3 milyon liraya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Analiz 2017 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda 100 metrekareli bir konut almak i\u00e7in \u00f6denecek 236 bin 328 TL\u2019lik ortalama bir tutar\u0131n 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n A\u011fustos ay\u0131ndaki kira ve kiran\u0131n faiz getirisi dahil de\u011ferinin 3 milyon 350 bin 650 TL oldu\u011funu ortaya koydu.
