Y\u0131ll\u0131k kira art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 \u0130stanbul&#8217;da y\u00fczde 46,2, Ankara&#8217;da y\u00fczde 51,3 ve \u0130zmir&#8217;de ise y\u00fczde 56,3 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>2020 May\u0131s&#8217;tan itibaren s\u00fcrekli artan \u00fclke genelindeki reel konut fiyat endeksinin 2023 Temmuz&#8217;dan bu yana g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, 2024 Eyl\u00fcl&#8217;de devam etti.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>\u00dc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirde reel sat\u0131\u015f fiyat endeksinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Son bir y\u0131lda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fte olan konut reel sat\u0131\u015f fiyat endeksi hazirandaki dura\u011fanl\u0131ktan sonra Eyl\u00fcl&#8217;de de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrken A\u011fustos&#8217;tan Eyl\u00fcl&#8217;e reel konut fiyat endeksi \u0130stanbul&#8217;da 1,3 puan, Ankara&#8217;da 0,8 puan, \u0130zmir&#8217;de ise 1,9 puan azald\u0131.
