Ayr\u0131ca ila\u00e7 kararnamesinde hemen bir g\u00fcncelleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Abbaso\u011flu, ila\u00e7 yokluklar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 20\u2019in \u00fczerinde oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00dclkemizin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu enflasyonist ortamda eczanelerimizin bu y\u00fcke dayanacak g\u00fcc\u00fc kalmad\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda ila\u00e7 sanayisinin de ta\u015f\u0131yacak g\u00fcc\u00fc kalmad\u0131. 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan bu kararnamenin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fcncellenmesi gerekiyor, o d\u00f6nemde sa\u011fl\u0131k bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kararnameyi yay\u0131nlarken o d\u00f6nemin \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re d\u00f6nemin uygundu. Ancak \u015fuan ciddi anlamda bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>\u201cYeni nesil ila\u00e7lar\u0131n sadece y\u00fczde 8&#8217;i \u00fclkemize gelebiliyor\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kararnamenin de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Abbaso\u011flu, \u201c\u0130la\u00e7 fiyat kararnamesi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeli. As\u0131l soru yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen ithal ila\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00fclkemize kurdan dolay\u0131 girememesi. \u00d6zellikle yeni nesil nanoteknolojik, yeni nesil tedavi y\u00f6ntemlerinin firmalar taraf\u0131ndan \u00fclkemize g\u00f6nderilmemesi. Avrupa \u0130la\u00e7 Ajans\u0131\u2019na kay\u0131tl\u0131 yeni nesil ila\u00e7lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 8\u2019i sadece \u00fclkemizde.
