Bloomberg&#8217;in haberine g\u00f6re, AB Komisyonu\u2019nun Apple\u2019\u0131n <strong>App Store<\/strong>\u2019daki \u201cy\u00f6nlendirme kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131\u201d uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n rekabeti engelledi\u011fini tespit etmesi sonras\u0131nda, teknoloji devine rekor bir ceza kesmeye haz\u0131rlan\u0131l\u0131yor. <\/figure>\n<p><b>Apple\u2019a rekor ceza kap\u0131da<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Mart ay\u0131nda Spotify\u2019\u0131n \u015fikayeti \u00fczerine ba\u015flat\u0131lan inceleme, Apple\u2019\u0131n App Store d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki daha uygun fiyatl\u0131 se\u00e7eneklere kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirmeyi k\u0131s\u0131tlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftu. Bu t\u00fcr uygulamalar, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren Dijital Pazarlar Yasas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 kabul ediliyor. Apple, yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 sebebiyle Mart ay\u0131nda AB&#8217;den 1.84 milyar Euro&#8217;luk (yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyar dolar) bir ceza alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>AB Komisyonu&#8217;nun uygulayaca\u011f\u0131 <strong>yeni cezan\u0131n miktar\u0131 hen\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131klanmasa<\/strong> da, DMA kurallar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u015firketler y\u0131ll\u0131k k\u00fcresel <strong>gelirlerinin y\u00fczde 10&#8217;una kadar<\/strong>, tekrar eden ihlallerde ise %20&#8217;ye kadar para cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131labiliyor. Apple\u2019\u0131n ge\u00e7en y\u0131lki gelirleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bu ceza yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>38 milyar dolara kadar ula\u015fabilir<\/strong>. Cezan\u0131n bu ay i\u00e7inde a\u00e7\u0131klanabilece\u011fi belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Apple, ayr\u0131ca Avrupa&#8217;daki alternatif uygulama ma\u011fazalar\u0131n\u0131n faaliyetlerini engelledi\u011fi iddias\u0131yla da inceleme alt\u0131nda bulunuyor.
