Bu reel faiz ilk kez 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda negatif b\u00f6lgeye ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve 2023 Ekim ay\u0131na kadar negatif b\u00f6lgede kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ekim ay\u0131 enflasyonun TCMB&#8217;nin faiz oranlar\u0131n\u0131n <b>alt\u0131nda<\/b> kalmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, basit faiz hesaplamalar\u0131na g\u00f6re 1 puanl\u0131k reel faiz olu\u015ftu.
