S\u00f6z konusu gerilemede Egea modelindeki \u00fcretim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve Doblo \u00fcretiminin sona ermesi etkili oldu. \u015eirketin i\u00e7 piyasa sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00fczde 28,8 ve d\u0131\u015f piyasa sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 32,9 azalma g\u00f6sterdi. Toplam sat\u0131\u015f adedi ise y\u00fczde 29,7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle 133,3 bine geriledi. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u015firketin faiz, amortisman ve vergi \u00f6ncesi k\u00e2r\u0131 (FAV\u00d6K) 9 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde y\u00fczde 57,3 gerilerken FAV\u00d6K marj\u0131 ise 12,8\u2019den 4,5\u2019e geriledi. \u015eirketin net k\u00e2r marj\u0131 ise 5 puanl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fle 10,8\u2019den 5,8\u2019e gerilemi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u015eirket gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik beklentilerinde de iyile\u015ftirmeye gitti ve yurt i\u00e7i sat\u0131\u015f beklentisini 120-149 bin ara\u00e7 seviyesinden 130-140 bin araca hafif yuk\u00e2r\u0131 y\u00f6nl\u00fc revize ederken ihracat adet beklentisini ise 35-45 bine a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekti (\u00d6nceki: 40-50 bin ara\u00e7) \u015eirket ayr\u0131ca 135-145 bin ara\u00e7 \u00fcretim ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesini bekliyor. V\u00d6K (Vergi \u00d6ncesi k\u00e2r) marj\u0131 beklentisini ise y\u00fczde 6-8 oran\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 5\u2019in \u00fczerine revize etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirket, finansallar\u0131na ek olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada Stellantis markalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen yeni \u201cK0\u201d modelin hafif ticari ara\u00e7 ve \u201cCombi\u201d versiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretim hakk\u0131n\u0131n Tofa\u015f\u2019a verilmesine ili\u015fkin lisans s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzaland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirket bu anla\u015fma ile 2024-2032 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda 1 milyon adet ara\u00e7 \u00fcretimi hedefliyor. Rekabet Kurulu\u2019nun ara k\u00e2rar\u0131 Stellantis Otomotiv Pazarlama A.\u015e.\u2019nin Tofa\u015f taraf\u0131ndan devral\u0131nmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin s\u00fcrecin devam edebilece\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor.
