Yap\u0131lan son a\u00e7\u0131klamalara g\u00f6re Akkuyu NGS\u2019nin ilk reakt\u00f6r \u00fcnitesi <strong>2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda<\/strong> faaliyete ge\u00e7ecek. Santralde d\u00f6rt adet Rus tasar\u0131m\u0131 <strong>VVER 3+<\/strong> nesil reakt\u00f6r yer alacak. Her bir reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 <strong>1.200 MWt<\/strong> (toplamda 4.8 GW) olacak.
