Azerbaycan&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenen <strong>COP29 <\/strong>iklim zirvesinde sunulacak y\u0131ll\u0131k rapora g\u00f6re, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda fosil yak\u0131tlardan kaynaklanan <strong>karbondioksit <\/strong>emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yeni bir <strong>rekor<\/strong> seviyeye ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. <\/figure>\n<p><b>2024 rekor k\u0131racak<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Global Carbon Project\u2019in verilerine g\u00f6re, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda fosil yak\u0131tlardan kaynaklanan <strong>karbon emisyonlar\u0131 <\/strong>y\u00fczde 0,8 artarak <strong>37,4 milyar tona<\/strong> ula\u015facak. Bu veriler, d\u00fcnya genelinde karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir \u015fekilde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in daha kapsaml\u0131 \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor.<\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/simdiye-kadarki-en-riskli-yazi-tura-karbon-emisyonunda-rekor-kiriliyor-1-MJmS5cqc.jpg\"\/> <\/span> 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynaklanan karbon emisyonlar\u0131nda belirgin bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlemleniyor. \u00d6zellikle <strong>do\u011falgaz <\/strong>ve <strong>petrol <\/strong>kullan\u0131m\u0131 bu art\u0131\u015fta \u00f6nemli rol oynuyor. Do\u011falgaz emisyonlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 2,4 artarken, petrol kaynakl\u0131 karbon emisyonlar\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 0,9 oran\u0131nda y\u00fckseldi. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck etken, uluslararas\u0131 hava trafi\u011findeki art\u0131\u015f ve Hindistan\u2019daki y\u00fcksek petrol talebi olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri ve \u00c7in\u2019de petrol kaynakl\u0131 karbon emisyonlar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f kaydedildi; \u00c7in\u2019de ise elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ile birlikte petrol t\u00fcketiminin zirve noktas\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <\/figure>\n<p><strong>K\u00f6m\u00fcr <\/strong>kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlarda da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir art\u0131\u015f (%0,2) kaydedildi. Ancak bu art\u0131\u015f Hindistan\u2019da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, \u00c7in\u2019de ise s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 seviyede olurken; ABD ve Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131nda azalma g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u00d6zellikle Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda son k\u00f6m\u00fcr santralini kapatarak \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131. Bu kapatma karar\u0131 ve r\u00fczgardaki dev b\u00fcy\u00fcme Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k\u2019\u0131n karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 1990 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana neredeyse yar\u0131ya indirmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/simdiye-kadarki-en-riskli-yazi-tura-karbon-emisyonunda-rekor-kiriliyor-2-nPJUNtvd.jpg\"\/> <\/span> K\u00fcresel karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 10\u2019luk bir k\u0131sm\u0131, arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fikliklerinden kaynaklan\u0131yor. Ormans\u0131zla\u015fma ve arazi bozulmas\u0131 karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131rken, a\u011fa\u00e7 dikimi gibi \u00f6nlemler bu emisyonlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 dengeleyebiliyor. 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise Amazon b\u00f6lgesinde ya\u015fanan kurakl\u0131k ve yang\u0131nlar nedeniyle araziden kaynakl\u0131 karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalamaya g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek bir seviyeye (4,2 milyar ton) ula\u015fmas\u0131 bekleniyor. <\/figure>\n<p>Daha da \u00f6nemlisi, toplam karbon emisyonlar\u0131 (fosil yak\u0131t emisyonlar\u0131 ile arazi kullan\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131) 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 41,6 milyar tona y\u00fckselecek. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l, toplam karbon emisyonlar\u0131 40,6 milyar ton olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><b>1,5 derecelik s\u0131n\u0131r her y\u0131l a\u015f\u0131labilir<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131 k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>6 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrekli olarak 1,5 dereceyi a\u015fma ihtimalinin y\u00fczde 50 oldu\u011funu <\/strong>hesaplad\u0131. K\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n 1,5\u00b0C e\u015fi\u011fini a\u015fmas\u0131, iklim sistemlerinde geri d\u00f6n\u00fclemez de\u011fi\u015fiklikler ve geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 ekolojik, sosyal ve ekonomik etkiler yaratabilir. Bunlar aras\u0131nda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava olaylar\u0131, deniz seviyelerinde y\u00fckselme, resiflerin yok olmas\u0131, hayvan ve bitki t\u00fcrlerinde radikal yok olma, su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u0131da ve tar\u0131m krizi gibi sonu\u00e7lar yer al\u0131yor. \u00dclkelerin t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir <strong>&#8220;yaz\u0131 turaya&#8221;<\/strong> b\u0131rakmamas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, halihaz\u0131rda her y\u0131l 40 milyar tondan fazla sal\u0131nan karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n atmosferdeki seviyesi y\u00fckselmeye devam ederek, giderek daha tehlikeli hale gelen k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya yol a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131 mevcut durumda fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f i\u015fareti g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada yer alan bilim insanlar\u0131 k\u00fcresel s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sanayi \u00f6ncesi seviyelerine g\u00f6re 2 derecenin alt\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 elde etmek i\u00e7in fosil yak\u0131t emisyonlar\u0131nda<strong> h\u0131zl\u0131 ve derin kesintiler<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler emisyonlar\u0131 azaltmay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yor<\/b><\/p>\n<figure> <span> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ekamu.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/simdiye-kadarki-en-riskli-yazi-tura-karbon-emisyonunda-rekor-kiriliyor-3-xbiG41yN.jpg\"\/> <\/span> Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz on y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde, Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkeleri ve ABD gibi <strong>22 \u00fclkede ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye ra\u011fmen fosil yak\u0131t kaynakl\u0131 karbon emisyonlar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f sa\u011fland\u0131<\/strong>. Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n benimsenmesi, biyo-yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fte etkili oldu. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Norve\u00e7\u2019te elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ve petrol-gaz sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki elektrikli modernizasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltt\u0131. Norve\u00e7\u2019e ek olarak Yeni Zelanda ve G\u00fcney Kore\u2019de b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye ra\u011fmen emisyonlar\u0131 azaltmay\u0131 ba\u015faran \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda. <\/figure>\n<p><b>Do\u011fa rahats\u0131z edici i\u015faretler g\u00f6steriyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>1960<\/strong>&#8216;larda faaliyetlerimiz k\u00fcresel olarak y\u0131lda ortalama<strong> 16 milyar ton karbondioksit<\/strong>\u00a0yay\u0131yordu. Bu emisyonlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131 (8 milyar ton) ormanlar ve okyanuslar taraf\u0131ndan do\u011fal yollarla atmosferden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz on y\u0131lda, insan faaliyetlerinden kaynaklanan emisyonlar y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 milyar ton <strong>karbondioksite<\/strong>\u00a0ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumda. Yine bu emisyonlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131 (20 milyar ton) uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. E\u011fer bu do\u011fal yutaklar olmasayd\u0131 mevcut \u0131s\u0131nma zaten 2\u00b0C&#8217;nin \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde olacakt\u0131. Ancak do\u011fan\u0131n da yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilece\u011fi bir s\u0131n\u0131r var.<\/p>\n<p>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda, karadaki karbon al\u0131m\u0131 on y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalamaya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 28 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.
