Bu dikkat \u00e7ekici ba\u015far\u0131, <strong>Avrupa G\u00fcney G\u00f6zlemevi<\/strong>\u2019nin Very Large Telescope Interferometer (VLTI) sayesinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu. S\u00f6z konusu y\u0131ld\u0131z ise <strong>160.000 \u0131\u015f\u0131k y\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> uzakl\u0131kta bulunan ve <strong>k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcperdev<\/strong> kategorisinde yer alan <strong>WOH G64<\/strong>. <\/figure>\n<p><b>S\u00fcpernova \u00f6ncesi &#8220;dev&#8221; y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n son anlar\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u015eili\u2019deki Universidad Andr\u00e9s Bello\u2019dan astrofizik\u00e7i <strong>Keiichi Ohnaka<\/strong>, elde edilen yeni g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin, s\u00fcpernova olmaya haz\u0131rlanan bir y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n etraf\u0131ndaki gaz ve toz bulutunu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi\u011fini belirtti. <em>&#8220;\u0130lk defa Samanyolu d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bir galakside \u00f6lmekte olan bir y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc almay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131k&#8221;<\/em> diyen Ohnaka, bu y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7evresini saran <strong>yumurta \u015feklindeki<\/strong> bir kozan\u0131n ke\u015ffedildi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>G\u00fcne\u015f\u2019ten 2.000 kat b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> olan bu dev y\u0131ld\u0131z, g\u00f6kbilimciler taraf\u0131ndan Behemot Star olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. 30 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcredir g\u00f6zlemlenen bu y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n ilk g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcne ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in teknolojinin geli\u015fmesi beklendi. <\/figure>\n<p><b>S\u00fcpernova nedir?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bilmeyenler i\u00e7in, bir y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n son a\u015famas\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen, inan\u0131lmaz derecede g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir patlama olan s\u00fcpernova, y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fckenmesi ve i\u00e7 bas\u0131nc\u0131 dengeleyen d\u0131\u015f kuvvetlerin \u00e7\u00f6kmesi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. S\u00fcpernovalar evrendeki en parlak olaylardan biridir; k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in G\u00fcne\u015f&#8217;in milyarlarca kat\u0131ndan daha fazla parlak olabilirler. S\u00fcpernova sonras\u0131nda y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7ekirde\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6kerek geriye bir n\u00f6tron y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 veya k\u00fctlesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bir kara delik b\u0131rak\u0131r. Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n d\u0131\u015f katmanlar\u0131 uzaya sa\u00e7\u0131larak bir s\u00fcpernova kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturur; bu gaz ve toz bulutlar\u0131, yeni y\u0131ld\u0131z ve gezegen sistemlerinin hammaddesi haline gelir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bu foto\u011fraf i\u00e7in y\u0131llarca beklendi<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Astronomlar, 2005 ve 2007 y\u0131llar\u0131nda y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini anlamaya y\u00f6nelik ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ancak y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n net bir g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcne ula\u015fmak, VLTI\u2019nin ikinci nesil enstr\u00fcmanlar\u0131ndan biri olan GRAVITY\u2019nin geli\u015ftirilmesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu. Elde edilen yeni g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n son on y\u0131lda belirgin bir \u015fekilde soldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor.
