Rusya’n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 toplumla birlikte iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele etti\u011fini anlatan Mi\u015fustin, “Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131 gelecek nesillerin refah\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. Rusya, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 1990’daki seviyesine g\u00f6re yar\u0131dan fazla azaltmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Mi\u015fustin, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmaya, elektrikli ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye, tar\u0131m ve ormanc\u0131l\u0131kta modern \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunmaya odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ederek, “2060\u2019a kadar karbon n\u00f6tr hale gelmeyi hedefliyoruz. Rusya’da enerji kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 85’i zaten do\u011falgaz, n\u00fckleer ve yenilenebilir enerji gibi temiz, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonlu \u00fcretime ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r” dedi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

End\u00fcstrileri karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kendi teknolojilerini geli\u015ftirdiklerini kaydeden Mi\u015fustin, “K\u00fcresel orman kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n be\u015fte biri Rusya\u2019da bulunuyor. Emilim hacmi y\u0131lda 1 milyar ton karbondioksit e\u015fde\u011ferini a\u015f\u0131yor” bilgisini verdi.<\/p>\n

D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonlu enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecinin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirli \u00fclkelerin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131na zarar vermemesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Mi\u015fustin, “K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma, ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k, haks\u0131z rekabet ve yapay k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar i\u00e7in bir bahane olarak kullan\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r” ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
